Established in 1976, Bennett’s on Rt 18 has always been a family oriented local business run by people who care about taking care of other people. The business has evolved from an all-inclusive pet care facility to an outdoor swing set, storage, and furniture retailer that also houses a 2,000 sq ft. toy store called Smartickles, and a 40-year established pet boarding and grooming facility.

Both growing up in family-owned business settings, Steve and Julie Bennett have spent their entire lives balancing work and family, which is why they believe whole-heartedly that family comes first. That is why they always strive to have something unique and special in-store for everyone, including families with special needs and even the cat and dog. They also make it their mission to provide better quality, more unique, and more diverse products than anything you’d find in major retailers.

The one thing the Bennetts would like everyone to know is that they understand what it’s like to be a part of a working family. Life is stressful enough as it is, so they make themselves available to help take the stress out of finding the perfect gift, storage solution, or care for your pet. They believe in honesty, and want their customers (including those with paws) to enjoy their experiences so much that they come back again and again, and bring their friends and family with them.
